Why I created the Performance Management Programme
Leadership has the power to inspire and transform, but too often, ineffective leadership leaves teams feeling unsupported and undervalued. After 20 years in the UK Fire and Rescue Service, I’ve seen first hand how a lack of strong leadership skills can hold individuals and organisations back.
